About the Role

As a Consultant Broker, you will step into a varied and business-oriented role where the focus is on delivery, quality, and progress. The role is diverse, and you will be responsible for brokering IT competence to existing framework agreement customers, where the work is more administrative in nature. At the same time, you will work with consultant requests towards partners and other suppliers, where pace and creativity are required. The team is small, and collaboration is tight, so you are also expected to support and assist as needed.

More specifically, the position includes:

- Ensuring the delivery of IT consultants to both framework agreement customers and individual assignments

- Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and partners

- Working with needs analysis, requirement profiling, and quality assurance of candidates

- Negotiating prices and handling other administration related to your assignments

About You

You are a person who takes responsibility for your own work, for delivery, and for getting things done. You are confident in yourself, structured, and used to working in environments where there are not always ready answers. When something does not work, you do not settle for just noting it; you drive the analysis further and propose solutions.

You have a business-oriented mindset and understand the dynamics of the consulting industry: that endurance, pace, and creativity are key elements to achieving goals. At the same time, you have an inner drive and a proactive attitude that prevents you from becoming passive when answers are delayed; instead, you find new paths, test different approaches, and keep the energy up.

As a person, you are professional, unpretentious, and focused. You thrive in a smaller team where everyone contributes, but you are also comfortable working independently and making your own decisions. You communicate directly and clearly, dare to engage in necessary dialogues, and easily build relationships both internally and externally.

The following are requirements for the position:

- Secondary education

- A few years of work experience, preferably in roles involving customer contact

- Experience in the consulting industry or in recruitment and staffing in a role such as recruiter, consultant manager, consultant broker, salesperson, or similar

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Driver's license B

Meritorious:

- Post-secondary education

- Experience working closely with IT professionals

- Experience in price negotiation

Other Information

Start: Immediately as agreed

Location: Malmö

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00

Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement + commission
